AI-driven Executive Reputation Benchmarks.
Near real-time. Auditable. Actionable.
Reputation risk, credibility, visibility, stakeholder signal and leadership perception using 72 auditable Data Points and consulting interpretation.
A Reputation System
How a leader is found, summarized, compared and judged today, is shaped by social platforms, public digital traces, AI systems and search results. C-Score.ai was built for this new era of reputation in which classic media and personal networks are pushed into the background.
C-Score.ai is a science-based reputation system and benchmark for C-level executives. The model is deterministic: scoring logic, weights and aggregation rules are fixed, auditable and repeatable. The AI workflow is governed by rulebooks, evidence requirements and quality checks, so that outputs are based on public, citable sources rather than shortcuts, guesswork or ad hoc judgment. The system is designed to support board-level decision-making and to align with corporate-governance expectations and emerging European AI governance principles.
The Math of Reputation
The old rule was that it takes 20 years to build a reputation and 20 seconds to lose it.
Today, this is only half true. A personal reputation can still be damaged in seconds, but it is also now measurable, comparable and actively improvable.
With smart metrics, the question is no longer only “How are we perceived?” The better question is: “Which public signals are holding reputation back, and which ones can be improved over the next 6 to 12 months?”

Productivity Gains
From weeks of fragmented research to hours of structured benchmark work.
C-Score.ai compresses the desktop-research layer into an AI-native workflow that produces a structured benchmark across 72 Data Points, 7 dimensions and 3 composite scores. The consulting judgment remains human.
The evidence collection, scoring structure and comparison logic become faster, repeatable and auditable.
Differentiators
C-Score.ai is not a media monitoring dashboard with an AI-layer added to it. It is built as an AI-native reputation workflow: public-source discovery, evidence filtering, 72 Data Point scoring, aggregation, benchmarking, report generation and consulting interpretation are designed as one governed process.
C-Score.ai translates established reputation science into a practical executive benchmark. The model distinguishes functional reputation, social reputation and expressive reputation, reflected in three composite scores (with 50%, 20%, 30% weight).
The public domain is the reputation data lake. C-Score.ai reads public signals across financial, governance, media, workplace, academic, social and digital sources.
Creator
A trained computer scientist and linguist, Susanne Mueller Zantop developed a first executive score in 2013 to make leadership presence and influence comparable and improvable. Over the years, the model matured in real client situations: board conversations, investor moments, media crisis, succession questions—where reputation is rarely “managed”, but constantly judged. In early 2025, she initiated the next leap: expanding the data foundation with the use of AI to create a reputation model for the years to come.
